eMICR cares about our customers. If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds & Replacements:

Printers

Before you purchase your printer, please make sure the features you want are found on the printer. Check for network capability, speed, connectivity, color, etc.  We stand behind our products 100%, but if our product does not meet your satisfaction you may view our return policy here.

  • If your printer is unopened, return the printer within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund, less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
  • If your printer is opened, and all original packaging is included, return the printer within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund, less shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
  • If your printer is defective, the HP manufacturer’s warranty covers defective printers for one year. Please contact HP by calling 800-474-6836.
  • Restocking fees and shipping charges will not be waived for any reason.

No refund or replacement will be given if the printer is lost during shipment back to eMICR. Please include insurance with returns to avoid any problems. If your return package is lost or damaged please file a claim with your shipper.

Micr Toner Cartridges & OEM Toner Cartridges

eMICR provides a one year limited warranty from the date of invoice. If you would like to return your cartridge back for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect please verify that all seals are intact and sent back in the original packaging, otherwise no credit or replacement will be given. Upon inspection of the cartridge eMicr will determine if a refund or replacement will be given.

Please email us at support@emicr.com for a Return Authorization Number for any returns, otherwise no credit or replacement will be given.

Customers get 15 days full credit, no refunds. If seals are pulled, no credit will be given unless the cartridge is defective.

 

Recycled Cartridges

Please email us at support@emicr.com for a Return Authorization number for any returns otherwise no credit or replacement will be given.


No refund or replacement will be given if the cartridge is lost during shipment back to eMICR. Please insure to avoid any problems. If your return becomes lost or damaged please file a claim with your shipper.
