eMICR cares about our customers. If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will help in any way to make sure our customers are satisfied.

Refunds & Replacements:

Printers
Before you purchase your printer, please make sure the features you want are found on the printer. Check for network capability, speed, connectivity, color, etc.

  • If your printer is unopened, you can return the printer within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
  • If your printer is opened, and all the packaging is included, you can return the printer within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund less shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. 
  • Restocking fees and shipping charges will not be waived for any reason.
  • If your printer is defective, the HP manufacturer’s warranty covers defective printers for one year. Please contact HP by calling 800-474-6836.

No refund or replacement will be given if the printer is lost during shipment back to eMICR. Please insure to avoid any problems. If lost or damaged please file a claim with your preferred shipper.

Micr Toner Cartridges & OEM Toner Cartridges
eMICR gives a one year warranty from the date of the invoice. If you would like to return your cartridge back for any reason other than defective please make sure the seal is intact and is sent back in the original carton, otherwise no credit or replacement will be given. Upon inspection of the cartridge and not empty will determine if a refund or replacement will be given.
Please email us at support@emicr.com for a Return Authorization Number for any returns, otherwise no credit or replacement will be given.

Inkjet Cartridges
eMICR gives a 30 day warranty from the date of the invoice. If you would like to return your cartridge back for any reason other than defective please make sure the seal is intact and is sent back in the original carton, otherwise no credit or replacement will be given. Upon inspection of the cartridge and not empty will determine if a refund or replacement will be given.
